Hello to all the community. Happy day to you all. Staying healthy nowadays is a challenge, due to the economic difficulties that many people face, but I have learned to follow six steps that help me achieve it.


What are your go-to habits for staying healthy despite a busy schedule?

  1. First, I try to eat balanced meals as much as possible, prioritizing those that are nutritious and fresh, such as white meats, eggs, green vegetables, beans and fruits, among other foods, in order to provide me with the necessary energy to be able to carry out my daily activities.

  2. Personal hygiene is another fundamental thing to have good health, even more so in these times when there are so many viruses. We must also pay attention to hygiene at home and in our environment. We cannot live with dirt everywhere as is happening in Cuba, where many people are already warning that a rat epidemic may occur because of so much dirt in the streets, which undoubtedly goes against our health.

  3. I exercise daily to maintain my health. It's not that I like to exercise 😆, it's just that I have to do it so I don't feel pain in my body or get agitated when climbing hills or buildings, for example. Since I get so bored with exercising, I practice different sports and sometimes I follow the dance steps of the 1MILLION dancers, so I don't see it as a nightmare, and that way my body stays healthy. Exercise also relieves stress, so when I'm really upset I exercise and it works super well.

  4. Getting enough sleep is essential for the body to recover and rejuvenate.

  1. Personal relationships are also important to maintain my good health. I try to keep my friends close, share my ideas and concerns with them and listen to what they have to share with me.

  2. I also like to learn new things, either through courses or through reading or documentaries. This allows me to be able to converse with any kind of people and have my brain active every day.


With these tips I have managed to have a pretty decent healthy life and I tell myself every day that I must follow it, no matter what, because the opposite of this would be to fall into bed sick and it is definitely not an option for me.



Hola a toda la comunidad. Feliz día. Mantenerse saludable hoy en día es todo un reto, debido a las dificultades económicas que enfrentan muchas personas, pero he aprendido a seguir seis pasos que me ayudan a lograrlo.


¿Cuáles son tus hábitos preferidos para mantenerte sano a pesar de tu apretada agenda?

  1. En primer lugar, trato de ingerir alimentos balanceados en la medida de lo posible, priorizando aquellos que son nutritivos y frescos, como carnes blancas, huevos, vegetales verdes, frijoles y frutas, entre otros alimentos, con el objetivo de que me proporcionen la energía necesaria para poder realizar mis actividades diarias.

  2. La higiene personal es otra cosa fundamental para tener buena salud, más aún en estos tiempos en los que hay tantos virus. También debemos prestar atención a la higiene en nuestra casa y en nuestro entorno. No se puede vivir con suciedad por doquier como está ocurriendo en Cuba, donde ya mucha gente está alertando de que pueda ocurrir una epidemia de ratas a causa de tanta suciedad que hay en las calles, lo que indudablemente va contra la salud.

  1. Hago ejercicios a diario para mantener mi salud. No es que me guste hacer ejercicio 😆, es que lo tengo que hacer para no sentir dolor en el cuerpo ni agitarme al subir lomas o edificios, por ejemplo. Como me aburre tanto hacer ejercicio, practico diferentes deportes y a veces sigo los pasos de bailes de los bailarines de 1MILLION, así no lo veo como una pesadilla, y así mi cuerpo se mantiene saludable. El ejercicio, además, me alivia el estrés, así que cuando estoy muy molesta practico y me funciona súper bien.
  1. Dormir las horas necesarias es esencial para que el cuerpo se recupere y rejuvenezca.
  1. Las relaciones personales también son importantes para mantener mi buena salud. Trato de tener a mis amistades cerca, les comparto mis ideas y preocupaciones y escucho las que ellos y ellas tienen que compartir conmigo.

6.También me gusta aprender cosas nuevas, ya sea mediante cursos o a través de la lectura o documentales. Esto me permite poder conversar con cualquier tipo de personas y tener mi cerebro activo todos los días.


Con estos tips he logrado tener una vida saludable bastante decente y me digo todos los días que debo seguirla, no importa qué, ya que lo contrario a esto sería caer en la cama enferma y, definitivamente no es una opción para mí.
