At the end of January, I bought 12 quail eggs at a farmers' market. They fit in a plastic cup and rested in the fridge for a long time. I had almost forgotten about them when I found a very simple recipe for quail eggs, using only boiled quail eggs, cold-pressed oil, a little salt and spices. I've never had a quail egg before, but I'm open to this and similar specialities. Some people say the eggs of these little birds have much better nutritional and mineral content than hen's eggs.

My son has had a quail egg business for several years and loves quail eggs! They are tiny, as it took me the full dozen to make my husband an omelet! They had this one customer who would purchase around 6 dozen or more every 2 weeks. It may have been even more; I'm not sure. Anyway, she would consume them raw every morning for health benefits.

Quail eggs are my fav childhood snacks. In my living area, many sellers sell boiled eggs especially in the train or bus to travel to another city.
Hey the tips for you, you have to Soak boiled eggs first in the ice water. This way is to make the Shell not stick in the inside part. This way is suitable for any type of eggs 😊
