Today, I want to talk about a topic that truly catches my attention, finding peace despite life’s struggles. While fashion is important (because how you dress influences how people see you), I’ll save that discussion for another day.
Right now, let’s focus on something even more essential, peace of mind.
Life can be overwhelming, especially when juggling multiple responsibilities. Without inner peace, stress can take over and affect our mood, energy, and even how we treat others.
I’ve personally discovered a simple yet effective approach to handling struggles, based on three key factors: our work style, personal traits, and belief system.
Let me share a personal experience. When I started working while also caring for a baby, the pressure was intense. I barely had time for myself, and before I knew it, I became easily irritated with everyone around me. I didn’t even realize it was stress affecting me until I took a step back to reflect. That’s when I made a smart decision, I asked my younger sister to come and help me out.
This small change made a huge difference! It taught me that finding peace doesn’t mean eliminating struggles, it means managing them wisely.
I’ll share three key things that help me stay at peace, no matter the challenges I face.
1. Your Work Style – Taking Action

The way you approach work and responsibilities can determine whether you stay peaceful or stressed. When life gets overwhelming, what do you do?
For me, I’ve learned to seek help from the right people, those with a positive mindset, not those who will bring more negativity after a misunderstanding.
Here’s a personal example:
When I was breastfeeding my baby while working, it was difficult to handle everything alone. My husband’s job kept him away most of the time, so I had to manage on my own. At some point, I realized I needed support, so I asked my younger sister to stay with me and help out.
At work, my role involved handling confidential processes, and my employer was aware of my situation. They supported me by giving me some days off, which made a big difference.
Lesson: Seeking help doesn’t make you weak, it makes life easier and brings peace.
2. Personal Traits – Staying Positive
A positive mindset can help you overcome struggles with less stress. I’ve learned that staying positive, even when things don’t work out, helps me move forward without feeling broken.
For example, if you’ve been applying for admission to study abroad, investing time and money, but keep facing rejection, don’t lose hope. Maybe that opportunity isn’t for you, or a better one is coming.
Instead of worrying, keep checking for other options and trust that what’s meant for you will come at the right time.
Lesson: Play your part, stay positive, and don’t let struggles weigh you down.
3. Belief System – Avoid Overthinking
Overthinking can drain your energy and steal your peace. When things don’t go as planned, instead of worrying endlessly, trust that there’s a reason for everything. Accept what you can’t change, focus on what you can, and keep moving forward.
The Power of Peace and Prayer
A woman's peace of mind plays a big role in her well-being and even her chances of living a longer, healthier life. That’s why I believe in staying positive, no matter how tough things get.
One thing that has worked for me is prayer. Whenever I face a difficult situation, I make it a habit to pray at midnight, usually around 3:00 AM. This is a time when I believe spiritual forces are at work, and I take advantage of that moment to talk to God.
Guess what? After praying, I stop overthinking the situation. I leave it in God’s hands and move on with my day.
I also have a simple belief: if something isn’t meant for me, no amount of effort will force it to happen. So, instead of stressing, I stay positive and prayerful, trusting that things will work out as they should. And when they do, it often feels like a miracle!
That’s why I encourage women to set aside time to pray for their families, their needs, and their lives. You’ll be amazed at how much peace it brings when your concerns are with amazing solution.
Try this, and you might notice that your worries fade while your problems get solved in ways you never expected!

Never underestimate the power of asking for help.
Asking for help don't necessarily mean one is weak it just means you understand your limitations and and you are conscious of your peace of mind.

It's not really easy to juggle from one responsibility to another, especially when you have kids. But as you mentioned, there's nothing wrong with asking help from people around us. We are just human and we get exhausted, so we need some rest as well. But above all, keeping a positive mindset is necessary to stay align with our daily activities and goals, to avoid our health being compromised..
