Mindfulness: How do you achieve inner peace despite busy life and daily struggles?
Good morning beautiful souls of ladies on hive community. I have read your questions on the week. It's quite interesting and I just wanted to participate since I don't have the luxuries of time to decide on what to post on other communities due to busy schedules this day that we are preparing our school forms in a hurry for the division reading. We must be prepared for it.
Being busy is a blessing in disguise for it gives us the money on our pockets. It is the source of our financial resources to pay for our bills, to buy for our basic needs, and sometimes it pays off for our wants too. Who am I to complain where somebody is struggling looking for a job this time?
I am pasting the second question in the entry of this blog. This would would be the topic of my content today. I would like to share my experience on how I coped up with my inner peace before.
During my first year of work, I felt that I was too bombarded with so much workloads that felt I am a walking dead because I have no life, no motivations to continue living, and my life was too routinary that I was not living my life. Maybe, I was just too overwhelmed that time that I was carrying the Earth in my shoulders with no one to looked up to for help except God.
I am a member of the Singles For Christ Ministry and I am blessed to be part of it. It was my saving Grace then that regained my inner peace that time because of the program of Cornerstone, I have discovered my purpose and all all my focus diverted into the service of teaching the slow learners of Grade two pupils how to read. I remember one of the teachers told me that they had really improved from their class. One of my tutees got the most improved award upon their culmination.

It is serving others that help me obtain my inner peace. In service, you make other as your priority rather thatn yourself. In serving, you made a fulfilling life that money from our salaries can't equate the happiness gained from it. I am serving that time because I felt that I was overworked on weekedays and on Sundays I was still working? It gave me a no good feeling at all. I was a loser if I did not pursue serving that kid way back then. I was truly grateful for the opportunity that time. It made my work and life balance.
The secret of inner peace is doing what is good for others than focusing on our life alone. The world is in much need of people who would share their time, talent and treasure for those in need. I hope all of us may become one.
