rice with chicken
This food can make your day. its easy to cook and simple and so delicious , this food is from Lebanon kitchen .
All you need is chicken and rise and some spices.
And the way how we cooked is easy ,
Simply we put Chicken thigh In Pot and then boiled
The after the chicken is cooked we take it out Then we use the chicken broth that we got from boiling the chicken (of course, when we boil the chicken, we put spices with it according to your preference: garlic, salt, pepper,...) Then put the rice in it until it becomes soft then we taked out and then We cut the chicken into small slices and put them in a saucepan with rice Add some raisins 
Then we put some water with it (if you want to add little of Limon ) and we wait until the water dry .
Then we take out and we put it in a Dish .
