Great things to learn here. I agree with you on all points you've mentioned. I do hope that others who might be thinking of quitting will think many times over before doing so.
It's true that writing about the things that we know or sharing real experiences even the most mundane things we do is less exhausting and doesn't take a lot of time. It's like recording a diary which we ourselves might be surprised to read after a long while. And just like you said, engaging or interacting sincerely with others is one of the best ways to say we exist in this vast ocean.
