Hola a todos está semana viendo las preguntas planteadas por @trucklife-family sobre la felicidad nos pone a vernos desde una retrospectiva para poder analizar nuestros niveles de felicidad.
Y es que nos enfocamos tanto en ser felices que no nos damos cuenta de cuál es esa felicidad realmente queremos ya que a veces nos ponemos objetivos y al llegar a estos realmente no es lo que buscábamos por lo que es en ese momento donde tenemos que descubrir que es lo que nos genera esa sensación y sentimiento buscado .
Y que nos preguntan si somos felices ahorita que en tiempos pasados cosas que en mi caso digo que si puesto que en el punto exacto donde me encuentro siento una paz muy interesante y el entorno me genera una felicidad muy relajante .
Hello everyone, this week seeing the questions posed by @trucklife-family about happiness makes us see ourselves from a retrospective to be able to analyze our levels of happiness.
And it is that we focus so much on being happy that we do not realize what that happiness is that we really want since sometimes we set goals and when we reach them it is not really what we were looking for, so it is at that moment where we have to discover what generates that sensation and feeling we are looking for.
And they ask us if we are happy now than in times past, things that in my case I say yes because at the exact point where I am I feel a very interesting peace and the environment generates a very relaxing happiness.
Vean para mí en este punto la felicidad es poder ser yo sin ningún tipo de limitaciones y que sobre todo y muy importante ser capaz de tener toda esa emoción de manera espontánea sin forzar nada y puedo decir que algo que me alegra es poder luego de mucho tiempo experimentar esa felicidad y de una forma inesperada , básicamente viendo renacer esa parte que pensé que ya no podría salir .
Así mismo nos pregunta que es eso que nos da la felicidad y que importancia le damos cosa en mi caso le suelo dar mucha importancia ya que ser feliz para mí es algo que da esa energía y ánimo para sonreír cosas que hasta me sorprende lo mucho que lo eh echo actualmente.
You see, for me at this point happiness is being able to be myself without any limitations and above all and very importantly being able to have all that emotion spontaneously without forcing anything and I can say that something that makes me happy is being able to experience that happiness after a long time and in an unexpected way, basically seeing that part that I thought could no longer come out reborn.
Likewise, we ask ourselves what it is that gives us happiness and how much importance we give it. In my case, I tend to give it a lot of importance since being happy for me is something that gives that energy and encouragement to smile, things that even surprise me how much I have done it currently.
Y que da esa felicidad para mí , pues en mi caso reír y poder conectar con personas que espontáneamente hagan salir todo de mi lo cual me es importante.
Realmente me pareció un tema muy importante para tocar está semana lo cual me permitió reflexionar y ver el como me siento con respecto a la felicidad.
And what brings me happiness? In my case, it's laughing and being able to connect with people who spontaneously bring out everything in me, which is important to me.
I really thought it was a very important topic to discuss this week, which allowed me to reflect and see how I feel about happiness.
