Sustainable fashion: How to dress with style and ethics without breaking your budget?
I think that everything that is sustainable is going to depend on each person's perspective, in this sense, you cannot assume a rigid position when the reality of each country, each community is different, some people may have the privilege of choosing while others can hardly do so, although not all people are aware of sustainability, fashion seems to be something that is shoved in our eyes in all the media.
However, the business behind fashion will not only depend on the personal position, but also on the entire social context that surrounds it, therefore you cannot demand that a person who comes from a country with economic difficulties choose a sustainable option in their way of dressing, if you are not willing to observe their reality objectively. However, even though it is difficult, I believe that the best way to look good but with a conscious use of clothing, is not to fall into the temptation of buying clothes with a passing fashion style, maintaining a base of classic or timeless garments seems to me a good way to do it, that is how, for example, a classic cut jean will always be a good option that can last for years.
Now from my personal point of view, I always keep clothes to wear in specific styles for each activity or moment, always trying not to exaggerate in any of these, I keep comfortable clothes for my daily activities such as taking my son to school, as well as I have clothes that I could wear for a family reunion or an outing with friends, within these parameters I try to wear clothes that do not go out of style, but that I can wear for as long as I can, that is, I do not buy too many things, only the ones I need, even if I have to buy clothes in a department store that has tons of poor quality clothes or clothes that are temporary, I try to look even in the last corner for those hidden pearls in the trash, that is, those clothes that I know I could wear for a long time, that maintain a style that does not die with the season and that also have a bit of quality in the fabric or in the seams, I think that given the few options I have in my country I try to be as conservative as possible when buying clothes.
Mindfulness: How do you achieve inner peace despite a busy life and daily struggles?
Anyone can lose their temper at any time if they live in constant stress and worry, but even if that happens to me I try not to judge myself for a moment of weakness, I take responsibility for not being well all the time, but I also take charge of doing everything in my power to not let myself fall, in this sense I think that the best way I have to maintain peace is to practice some of my hobbies or entertainment activities, this allows me to maintain emotional balance and sanity, for example currently I am not knitting as much as before but I am reading more and improving a lot in my reading in English, this type of activities makes me detach myself a little from routine things or things that can affect me, allowing me to have moments of peace.

Moda sostenible: Cómo vestirse con estilo y ética sin romper su presupuesto?
Creo que todo lo que es sustentable va a depender de la perspectiva de cada persona, en este sentido, no se puede asumir una postura rígida cuando la realidad de cada país, cada comunidad es diferente, algunas personas pueden tener el privilegio de elegir mientras que otras difícilmente pueden hacerlo, aunque no todas las personas están conscientes de la sustentabilidad, la moda pareciera ser algo que nos meten por los ojos en todos los medios de comunicación.
Sin embargo, el negocio tras la moda no solo va depender de la postura personal, sino también de todo el contexto social que la rodea, por lo tanto no le puedes exigir a una persona que provenga de un país con dificultades económicas que elija una opción sustentable en su manera de vestir, si no estás dispuesto a observar su realidad de manera objetiva. No obstante, aun cuando es difícil, yo creo que la mejor manera de lucir bien pero con un uso consciente de la ropa, es no caer en la tentación de comprar ropa con un estilo de moda pasajera, mantener una base de prendas clásicas o atemporales me parece una buena manera de hacerlo, es así como por ejemplo un jean de corte clásico siempre será una buena opción que puede durar años.
Ahora bien desde mi punto de viste personal, mantengo siempre prendas para vestir de estilos específicos para cada actividad o momento, buscando siempre no exagerar en ninguno de estos, mantengo ropa cómoda para mis actividades diarias como llevar a mi hijo a la escuela, así como también tengo ropa que me podría usar para una reunión familiar o una salida con amigos, dentro de estos parámetros trato de usar ropa que no pase de moda, sino que pueda usar por todo el tiempo que pueda, es decir, no compro demasiadas cosas, solo las que necesito, incluso si tengo que comprar ropa en una tienda departamental que tiene toneladas de ropa de mala calidad o de ropa pasajera, trato de buscar hasta en el último rincón aquellas perlas escondidas en la basura, es decir, esas prendas de ropa que se que podría usar por mucho tiempo, que mantiene un estilo que no muere con la temporada y que además tenga un poco la calidad en la tela o en las costuras, creo que dadas las pocas opciones que tengo en mi país intento ser lo mas conservadora posible a la hora de comprar ropa.
Consciencia: Cómo se logra la paz interior a pesar de la vida ocupada y las luchas diarias?
Cualquier puede perder los estribos en cualquier momento si vive en constante estrés y preocupación, pero incluso si eso llega a pasarme trato de no juzgarme a mi misma por un momento de debilidad, asumo la responsabilidad de no estar bien todo el tiempo, pero también me hago cargo de hacer todo lo que este en mis manos para no dejarme caer, en este sentido creo que la mejor manera que tengo para mantener la paz en practicar alguno de mis hobbies o actividades de entretenimiento , esto em permite mantener el equilibrio emocional y la cordura, por ejemplo actualmente no estoy tejiendo tanto como antes pero estoy leyendo más y mejorando mucho en mi lectura en inglés, este tipo de actividades me hace despegarme un poco de las cosas rutinarias o que pueden afectarme, permitiendo tener momentos de paz.

Hello my friend, I agree with you about buying classic clothing, or maintaining a balance when it comes to purchases, it has happened to me that I have bought on impulse, or because it is very cheap, and then I don't even wear the clothes, so, so it is important to balance and control those impulses haha.
