I can relate to the feeling of trying the job out firsthand before starting because if I was in your shoes, I wouldn't want to start working for a few days and realize the work isn't what I wanted.... Putting in a resignation letter right after I started would look terrible.... So it's good they are letting you do the test run first before you start.
The open office stuff ... Ha, I understand completely. I wouldn't want that either.
All in all, if you do love the activities you'll be working on and start the job, I wish you and your husband lovely date nights moving forward 🤗🥰

The job and people seem nice, but it turns out... they have an open office aswell 😭 So I'm going to have to be clear about not wanting to work in that office and hope they'll let me work from home. If not, I guess I won't take the job. So sad!
Oh my, I am so sorry 😔. I really hope they will let you work from home. If they do.... It means those dinner nights with hubby after work would be out 🥺
