Más que escapar , si creo que mi lectura actual busca iluminarme, se llama Como ganar amigos e influir sobre las personas. Como tenedor de negocios me he visto motivado a leer sobre distintos aspectos que tiene que ver con conocimientos para llevar un negocio correctamente. Sin duda, uan de las cualidades que hay que tener para ser dueño de negocio , es saber relacionarse con las personas, pues se convierten en mis clientes, mis proveedores, mis socios, y si no se manejar las relaciones personales, dificilemnte puedo tener éxito en este mundo, por lo tanto esta lectura me resulta de gran ayuda y me motivo a aprender y hacer que mi negocio sea cada vez mejor.
Todavía no termino de leer o más bien apenas estoy empezando, y puedo compartirles algunos conocimientos clave que puede ustedes también utilizar para tener mejores relaciones interpersonales.
No critiques ni condenes las acciones de los demás.
Sé que suena difícil de digerir, como puedo no criticar cuando las personas se equivocan, como puedo corregir, crear un cambio en ellos si no los crítico. Bueno con seguridad no crearemos un cambio criticándolos directamente, no les ha pasado que critican a alguien por su comportamiento y sigue cometiendo los mismos errores, se le olvida, no atiende, y en su lugar está siempre a la defensiva y con resentimiento ¿ es algo que va en la naturaleza humana por el ego, naturalmente somos seres orgullosos y nos cuesta mucho aceptar las críticas, cuando alguien quiere cambiarnos.
¿Entonces que hemos de hacer? Bueno todo tiene que ver con el lenguaje, se trata de ponernos del lado de la persona a la que queremos corregir, porque está persona actuó asi , como puedo hacerle saber que su forma de actuar no es la correcta según mi apreciación. Daré un ejemplo que plantea la lectura, Un supervisor reprende al obrero por no utilizar el casco de seguridad. El supervisor lo llama y con imponencia le exige que se coloque el caso y siga los reglamentos de la empresa. Lo más probable es que cuando el supervisor se vaya , el obrero se quite el casco nuevamente. Pero en cambio, si el supervisor se acerca, y le pregunta inicialmente, si se siente incómodo con el casco, le pregunta si necesita un casco más cómodo y le dice que su deber es velar por su seguridad, lo más seguro es que el obrero utilice su casco sin ningún disgusto.
Entonces lo que tenemos que hacer es hacer sentir a la gente importante. Lo cual es la segunda regla.
Haga sentir a los demás importantes
Hay una diferencia entre elogiar y adular, y es que está ultima simplemente es deshonesta y con frecuencia los aduladores dicen a los demás lo que piensan de ellos mismos, conoce algún caso ¿ , yo sí, pero nuestro verdadero propósito para conseguir relacionarnos de buena manera con las personas, es hacerlos sentir importantes, para ello se puede uno valer de ciertas formas. Las personas tienen una necesidad innata de aprobación, de sentirse valorado, donde alguien se siente importante y valorado podemos estar seguros de que esa persona se quedará allí, ya sea una relación de pareja, un empleo, un grupo familiar, por el contrario es bastante obvio lo que sucede.
Entonces si queremos fortalecer nuestros lazos, tener una buena acogida por parte de las demás personas, habremos de hacerlas sentir importantes. Creo que podemos empezar por el saludo, y haciéndoles saber que estamos allí para conocer su necesidades y darles un trato respetuoso, como tenedor de negocio, he visto esto reflejado en algunos clientes, que por que cualquier circunstancia no han recibido una atención dedicada y finalmente se desprenden fácil de la idea de volver, y aunque no se les trata mal, simplemente el hecho de no haber recibido la mejor atención evita que creen un vínculo que los atraiga como posibles clientes nuevamente.
También me ha sucedido con algunos vecinos con quienes cruzar saludo no es común, y se puede sentir como allí hay una barrera, que evita que estas personas se conviertan en mis clientes, y es algo en lo que debo trabajar gradualmente.
