Agree 1000%, I have heard of only a few who were happy after change, but I also read that there are many who are now suing because they made those transitions as a teenager and now regret doing them. When women reach their 20s, it seems like a substantial amount of them want to have children then.

To top it off many originally say congratulations to their face then shy away and avoid them. Very lonely people who now feel neither male nor female, mental anguish often leading to suicide.
