I found this very helpful and insightful and it is something I have been trying to incorporate into my daily life. Breathing through it all, taking deep breaths to calm the spirit when I'm feeling stressed. Also, the preventive measure of curtailing things that bring stress to you is also something I'm trying to adopt. Well written dear.🌺
