How did you hear about Hive blockchain and what made you join?
I initially started with Steemit like many of you here and we already know what happened with that. But back then, I watched videos on YouTube and followed several channels that explained that you could start generating income on your own digitally. At that time I was desperate and I was experiencing the beginning of my worst economic crisis, in fact I was working in a travel agency and this can be easily corroborated with my first Steemit post, lol. But also at the same time I was doing microtasks and one day one of the youtubers that I follow started to present this Blockchain, at that time you could only enter if you were accepted, you sent your application to be part of it and then you just had to wait for days or weeks to find out if you were chosen to belong, the first posts were difficult because at that time the Spanish-speaking communities were the most renegade, I did everything to be noticed and I spent all day interacting on discord and I even signed up for small classes about the Blockchain, how to make posts, the rules and more, eventually I felt like my efforts were in vain and I ended up putting Steemit aside, I had already given up on that, until that whole thing happened and I came back when Hive started.
¿Cómo te enteraste de la Blockchain Hive y qué te hizo querer unirte?
Inicialmente empecé con Steemit como muchos de aquí y ya sabemos lo que pasó con eso. Pero en ese entonces, yo veía videos en YouTube y seguía varios canales que te explicaban que podías empezar a generar ingresos por tu cuenta de forma digital. En esos momentos estaba desesperada y estaba viviendo el inicio de mi peor crisis económico, de hecho me encontraba trabajando en una agencia de viajes y esto se puede corroborar fácilmente con mi primer post de Steemit, lol. Pero también de forma simultánea estaba haciendo microtareas y un día uno de los youtubers que yo sigo empezó a presentar esta Blockchain, en ese momento solo podías entrar si eras aceptado, tu enviabas tu solicitud para formar parte y después solo debías esperar por días o semanas para saber si eras elegido para pertenecer, las primeras publicaciones fueron difíciles porque en aquellos tiempos las comunidades de habla hispana eran las más renegadas, yo hacía de todo para ser notada y pasaba todo el día interactuando en discord y hasta me inscribí en pequeñas clases sobre la Blockchain, como hacer posts, las reglas y más, eventualmente sentía que mis esfuerzos eran en vano y terminé por dejar de lado a Steemit, ya me había rendido con eso, hasta que sucedió todo ese asunto y volví cuando se inició Hive.
What is the best about Hive?
The best thing is that it has more freedom and more possibilities to grow within the Blockchain. At the same time it allows you to generate rewards that can be freely used across the Blockchain or outside of it.
Also the fact that it is a digital space, this is really beneficial for introverted and shy people who don't like dealing with social pressure on the outside. For example, I myself can say that I get tired of interacting with people face to face, I feel that for me there comes a point in the day where I feel worn out, tired and somehow overstimulated from so much interaction. And I do like talking to people but not all day or every day as I find it exhausting, and I speak with total honesty, my body feels exhausted as if I had done some demanding physical activity, I have always been curious as to why but I have not wanted to delve into it for fear that I might not like the answers. But to sum it up, it is a safe and trustworthy digital environment where people can express themselves.
¿Qué es lo mejor de Hive?
Lo mejor es que tiene más libertad y más posibilidades de crecer dentro de la Blockchain. Al mismo tiempo que te permite generar recompensas que pueden ser utilizadas libremente en toda la Blockchain o fuera de ella.
También el hecho de que sea un espacio digital, esto es realmente beneficioso para las personas introvertidas y tímidas que no les gusta mucho lidiar con la presión social en el exterior. Por ejemplo, yo misma puedo decir que me canso de interactuar con las personas cara a cara, siento que para mí llega un punto del día donde me siento desgastada, cansada y de alguna forma sobre estimulada de tanta interacción. Y sí me gusta hablar con las personas pero no durante todo el día ni todos los días, ya que me resulta agotador, y hablo con total honestidad, mi cuerpo se siente agotado como si hubiera hecho alguna actividad física demandante, siempre he tenido curiosidad del por qué pero no he querido indagar en eso por miedo a que no me gusten las respuestas. Pero para resumirlo, es un entorno digital seguro y confiable dónde las personas pueden expresarse
