I have always found joy and comfort in music ever since I can remember. There is no better example than when I listen to my favorite music, go for a live concert or even play an instrument. Music brightens my day and makes me feel alive again.
One cannot over emphasize the need to nurture one’s passion for music in the quest for happiness. In this era characterized by stress, negativity, and uncertainty, it is important to have something that is purely free and fulfilling. In my case, it is music. It acts as an encouraging tool whereby one gets to leave all the stress that comes with day to day activities and concentrate on what gives one real joy.
Nurturing that happiness in music helps me endure as well. There are times when I feel low or even frustrated but music always rescues reminding me that there are better things that exist beyond that frustration. It keeps me warm in the sense that I can’t just sit back after encountering one genre, one artist, or one style I have to keep on searching and finding out more.
Additionally, the quest for genuine comfort in music enables me to relate with others with similar tastes. Be it watching a live show with friends, having a session with other artists, or even on simply talking about our playlists, music is something that connects me and bridges relationships. These relationships enhance my existence, as they give me a sense of purpose in life.
I find pursuing true happiness through music especially important. It is a source of joy, inspiration, and motivation which connects different aspects of my life and enriches it. I will not abandon this pursuit of happiness and will adopt it with fierce passion, especially knowing that I have music to help me feel better and to brighten my life.
