When we're off our usual regimen we have to be more careful listening to what our bodies are saying. The result, a bad energy deficit. I often carry a spare cereal bar with me should I miss a meal. Be careful @bipolar95

Oh I learned the hard way and my house currently looks like a supermarket with different snacks and drinks. Currently no matter how busy I get, I must eat something and it doesn't have to be that I'm starving first. Thank you for coming through, regards 🥰
