Indeed, my home is not only my financial goal but also my family's refuge and security. My sons thrived having a stable home with a lush yard to enjoy over the last 20 years not having to move away from familiar friends and neighbors when things change or get difficult. With more time on my hands I will enjoy another season of gardening.

Just not having to move creates emotional and financial stability. It creates roots.
