I admit, I spend far too much time on a device of some type so I have to instill into my day a certain amount of time with an outdoor activity like gardening, yard work, or a walk for a for at least 30 minutes. Getting some natural light. I used to be a night shift nurse. I currently have a little trouble translating my routine to day time.
