Happy Birthday to your big girl.
Delicious looking dessert treats for everyone. And somewhat lethal to me if I have too much. My eldest son had his birthday earlier this month and I got an Asian angel food styled cake made with whipped cream and topped with glazed fresh fruit. Much less refined sugar.
I used to bake the most decadent cheescakes so years ago with more than a dozen different varieties that included liquor enhanced. My roommate laughingly blames me for her weight issue. Maybe I was too good at it.
