Role of power varies from occupation to occupation. The role of a teacher is different from that of a political party but it is true that there are some common points. Interestingly, the one's in power lack the ability to distinguish the difference between intrusion and implementation.
Intrusion is a forced attempt and implementation is a willing attempt. When a person is given the authority to take measures and responsibilities, it is their liability to know the meaning of force and implementation. Being unaware of your own responsibility and duty as a powerful candidate is the worst of all.
The role of power eventually is one of the very reason why women are still being undermined and treated badly. Respect is their possession but power erases everything and rewrites the way the powerful hands determine. Standing in 2023, I realize the role of power. I realize that the only way to control things to an extent is within the hands of the powerful people.
Women are also in the most powerful chairs but yet in so many countries we are suffering. The role model of power is when you can create change. One lifetime is sometimes not enough, while sometimes that is all what is needed. I am proud how things are revolving in the hands of the powerful yet thousands and millions and billions are still suffering.
Yes, it maybe because of lack of knowledge. I would have taken that as an account but now, in 2023, this is the world of media. Here, everything is transparent. Nothing is cloudy anymore. For those who are illiterate, literate people are there to extend their hands to them. We are human beings, beings who have consciousness, with which we can detect positivity and negativity. Even after having so many advantages on our sides, we are not doing enough to make some change.
Role of power is not only limited to those in powerful chairs, it also extends to those who have the power of knowledge. The power of health, the power of knowledge, the power of love and the power of wealth, all four of these powers make you powerful. If you have even one of these, you are considered as powerful.
Thus, if you are thinking you do not have power, then rethink again. Re-evaluate yourself once more, to be able to make the change. The change you desire the most. Role of power, is heaven and hell, depends where you choose to go and where you choose to take others with you.

This is a great post. I think we have to let them know of the power they hold. I you don't know what you have it becomes difficult to protect it. Let's educate them as you are doing and we will go a long way t make that difference
Awareness is the least what we can do. I do not think anyone in high power is watching or least reading this post. But, I wish, one day, things will change. Even if a person who is not so powerful now is concerned about their activities now, maybe he/she is the next powerful person who can make the change. Thank you for supporting.
