On the other hand, achieving inner peace in spite of busy lives and daily struggles? is not as easy as it seems. At times we have situations in our lives that hit us and suffocate us, daily struggles we have in our jobs, with our family, our spouses or our children. At times we are in positions that are out of our hands, that is when we believe we are falling into an abyss. However, we can solve these situations by praying a lot, asking God for direction. Another important element is to go for a walk and help others, while we are distracted and see our environment we can visualize people who need support, it is time for us to act and feel that inner peace that solves that pressure we may have in our.

Por otro lado, alcanzar la paz interior a pesar de las vidas ajetreadas y las luchas diarias... no es tan fácil como parece. A veces tenemos situaciones en nuestras vidas que nos golpean y nos asfixian, luchas diarias que tenemos en nuestros trabajos, con nuestra familia, nuestros cónyuges o nuestros hijos. A veces nos encontramos en posiciones que no están en nuestras manos, es entonces cuando creemos que estamos cayendo en un abismo. Sin embargo, podemos resolver estas situaciones rezando mucho, pidiendo a Dios que nos oriente. Otro elemento importante es salir a caminar y ayudar a los demás, mientras estamos distraídos y vemos nuestro entorno podemos visualizar a personas que necesitan apoyo, es momento de que actuemos y sintamos esa paz interior que soluciona esa presión que podemos tener en nuestro.
Y recuerda mente sana, cuerpo sano.
