Hello food lovers,

I have nothing to share with you more is only the simple foods that I mostly create for my free times.

Being at home and finding yourself boring and you think that you wanted to make something useful.

And then I see that overripe banana and saddened that I have to throw it away later on because I think no one else wanted to eat it anymore

and then a bright idea came up!

When I look for the available recipe that I can use for making something to eat I found out that maybe I can make a cake out of that banana, so I started to prepare everything.

I used

3 overripe green bananas
1 medium egg
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cup of brown sugar
1tsp baking soda
1tsp salt
1tbsp baking powder
1sachet of powdered milk which I dissolve to
3/4 cup of water (substituted for the milk since I don't have fresh milk)

And for the procedure

Thus I don't have an oven for baking I just used a steamer.

  • I boiled the water first before making the mixture.

And then smash the banana into pieces

simply combined all dry ingredients

*and slowly poured the dissolved powdered milk and mix thoroughly,

The mixture (the combination of all the ingredients I used)

Cover it with fabric so it helps to bake it appropriately

After 25 minutes of steaming

Hello, @keys-defender it's okay, honestly, I got worried and makes me think about what I've done wrong. I'm new to the hive and still learning. Anyway, thanks for the explanation.
