How did you hear about Hive blockchain and what made you join?

Like many, HIVE came into my life at a time of crisis, a chaotic and one of the most difficult times I have ever experienced. 2020, pandemic, two small children, my husband and I without work. The first time I heard about HIVE I said: "I CAN'T WASTE MY TIME LIKE THIS, I must find another job." But my friend Albany took the time a few days later to teach me, explain and tell me about her income, that's when I knew it was real and I immediately told my husband to find out his opinion. To my surprise, he didn't understand anything either but he didn't hesitate and said a phrase like: "this is for you, it's your thing." I couldn't believe it because obviously it wasn't immediate income and our situation wasn't good, but he was still believing in me. He was my push.
Así como para muchos, HIVE llegó a mi vida en un momento de crisis, un momento caótico y de los más difíciles que he vivido. Año 2020, pandemia, dos niñas pequeñas, mi esposo y yo sin trabajo. La primera vez que escuché sobre HIVE dije: "NO PUEDO PERDER MI TIEMPO ASÍ, debo encontrar otro trabajo". Pero mi amiga Albany días después se tomó el tiempo para enseñarme, explicarme y contarme sobre sus ingresos, fue entonces cuando supe que era algo real e inmediatamente le conté a mi esposo para saber su opinión. Para mi sorpresa, el tampoco entendía nada pero no dudó y me dijo una frase como: "esto es para ti, es lo tuyo". Yo no lo podía creer porque obviamente no eran ingresos inmediatos y nuestra situación no era buena, pero aún así el estaba creyendo en mí. Él fue mi impulso.

I was at zero, deep down I thought this wasn't real but Albany dedicated herself to explaining everything to me, she did it frequently but she wasn't a dedicated creator so I barely learned to publish, she left me on my own. I started to read and read a little about everything. Before that, the economic situation affected us and I was forced to sell my cell phone to buy food, so my husband and I shared a single cell phone and I started working with that one. It was difficult, but my interest was much greater, for some reason Albany distanced herself from me until we lost contact but I always remember her as a special person, who helped me and showed me a path that I didn't know, and that really changed my life.
Yo estaba en cero, en el fondo creía que esto no era real pero Albany se dedicó a explicarme todo, ella lo hacía con frecuencia pero no era creadora tan dedicada así que apenas aprendí a publicar, ella me dejó por mi cuenta. Empecé a leer y a leer sobre todo un poco. Antes de eso, la situación económica nos inmutó y me vi obligada a vender mi celular para comprar comida, entonces mi esposo y yo compartíamos un solo celular y con ese empecé a trabajar. Era difícil, pero mi interés era muchísimo más, por alguna razón Albany se fue alejando de mí hasta perder contacto pero siempre la recuerdo como una persona especial, que me ayudó y me mostró un camino que no conocía, y que realmente cambió mi vida.
Little by little we got ahead, I was able to buy a new cell phone and fix my old computer. But shortly after my first anniversary, my account was hacked and I lost everything. EVERYTHING. I had never cried so much for something other than illness or the loss of a family member. I experienced my first depression. After a while I started again and even after almost 4 years of that, I have not achieved what I had achieved in just 1 year. But that does not make Hive bad.
Poco a poco salimos adelante, pude comprar me un celular nuevo y arreglar mi vieja computadora. Pero poco después de mi primer aniversario hackearon mi cuenta y lo perdí todo. TODO. Nunca había llorado tanto por algo que no fuera enfermedad o la pérdida de algún familiar. Viví mi primera depresión. Después de un tiempo comencé de nuevo y aún después de casi 4 años de eso, no he logrado lo que había logrado en tan solo 1 año. Pero eso no hace malo a Hive.

This experience made me grow, learn, mature, overcome, achieve and conquer many obstacles that I never thought I would and that I continue to do. I changed, I transformed and I became a different woman since I met HIVE. So, with complete certainty I can say that HIVE has been one of the best things that has come into my life, that it has been a wonderful opportunity to learn and even believe it or not, to improve my self-esteem and even my relationship.
Esta experiencia me hizo crecer, aprender, madurar, superar, lograr y vencer muchos obstáculos que jamás pensé y que sigo haciendo. Yo cambié, me transformé y me convertí en una mujer diferente desde que conozco a HIVE. Entonces, con completa seguridad puedo decir que HIVE ha sido una de las mejores cosas que ha llegado a mi vida, que ha sido una oportunidad maravillosa para aprender y aunque no lo crean, para mejorar mi autoestima y mi relación de pareja incluso.
