Las mujeres nos caracterizamos por realizar varias actividades al mismo tiempo. De alguna manera siempre equilibramos nuestros horarios para cumplirlos todos, aunque a veces eso nos traiga un cansancio excesivo. Mi pregunta es: ¿qué haces cuando te sientes agotado? ¿Cómo regulas tu estado físico, mental y emocional para volver a ser tú mismo?
Somos mujeres podemos con todo y con mas, vivimos rodeadas de demandas y presiones que el agotamiento emocional nos abruma tanto, que nos hace sentir cansado con una sensación agotadora física mental y emocional que afecta nuestra calidad de vida y bienestar integral, enviándonos señales a través del cuerpo y la mente, cómo dolor les físico de espalda o en las piernas, irritabilidad o mal humor para recordarnos que debemos parar o buscar ayuda.

Women are characterized by carrying out several activities at the same time. Somehow we always balance our schedules to fulfill them all, although sometimes that makes us excessively tired. My question is: what do you do when you feel exhausted? How do you regulate your physical, mental and emotional state to be yourself again?
We are women, we can do everything and more, we live surrounded by demands and pressures that emotional exhaustion overwhelms us so much, that it makes us feel tired with an exhausting physical, mental and emotional sensation that affects our quality of life and comprehensive well-being, sending us signals through of the body and mind, such as physical pain in the back or legs, irritability or bad mood to remind us that we should stop or seek help.

Confieso que e tenido una semana de mucha demanda física y mental, tengo en casa a mi suegra, una señora mayor y discapacitada mentalmente, duermo con ella, la tengo que ayudar a bañar, vestir y a las otras necesidades físicas, hacerle la comida, darle sus medicamentos, chequear hasta seis veces al día la presión arterial, sumado eso contestarle a cada minuto la misma pregunta y con buena cara, con tolerancia y empatía.
A parte de todo lo expuesto mis quehaceres diarios y normales, cocinar para tres, tres veces al día, limpiar la casa, lavar los platos, recoger la mesa, limpiar la cocina, regar mis plantas, hacer las compras, sacar a pasear a mi mascota, a veces no lo hago, meter la ropa a la lavadora, lavar los baños, dos veces por semana, ocuparme de mis cosas y cuidados personales, gracias a Dios no tengo hijos pequeños y tampoco planchó ropa, éso a sido un día normal hace díez días. No crean a veces me apago y siento que me quedo sin pilas ni energía .

Apart from all of the above, my daily and normal chores, cooking for three, three times a day, cleaning the house, washing the dishes, clearing the table, cleaning the kitchen, watering my plants, shopping, taking my baby for a walk. pet, sometimes I don't do it, put the clothes in the washing machine, wash the bathrooms, twice a week, take care of my things and personal care, thank God I don't have small children and I didn't iron clothes either, that has been a normal day Ten days ago. Regulo mí estado físico, mental y emocional de ésta manera:

  • Creo que lo principal que hago es canalizar mis emociones para expresarme con asertividad con las demás personas que me rodean, e tenido momentos explosivos que luego corrijo.
    -Procuro dormir temprano y si se puede sin interrupción, no uso teléfono de noche ni nada que perturbe mi descanso,
  • Salgo a pasear diariamente junto a mi perrita Alaska, una hora aproximadamente a éso de las seis de la tarde cuando el sol empieza a ocultarse y la brisa está fuerte y fresca, éso me relaja y reinicia.
  • Trato de sacar tiempo para compartir con personas que me nutren
  • Me concentro en vivir el presente, en qué ésta rutina tan cargada es pasajera.
  • Trato de ser más compasiva y flexible conmigo mismo.
  • Procuro hacer pausas para no llegar al límite de mis posibilidades.
  • Normaliza mantenerme optimista, positiva y de buen humor.
  • Busco momentos en los que pueda relajarme y descansar, aprovecho para ver película, series o revisar las redes sociales.

I regulate my physical, mental and emotional state in this way:

  • I think the main thing I do is channel my emotions to express myself assertively with the other people around me, and I have had explosive moments that I later correct.
    -I try to sleep early and if possible without interruption, I do not use the phone at night or anything that disturbs my rest,
  • I go for a walk daily with my dog ​​Alaska, for an hour approximately around six in the afternoon when the sun begins to set and the breeze is strong and fresh, that relaxes me and resets me.
  • I try to make time to share with people who nourish me
  • I focus on living in the present, on how this busy routine is temporary.
  • I try to be more compassionate and flexible with myself.
  • I try to take breaks so as not to reach the limit of my possibilities.
  • It normalizes staying optimistic, positive and in a good mood.
  • I look for moments in which I can relax and rest, I take the opportunity to watch movies, series or check social networks.
