I want to share a joy of my thoughts this morning, and I will be talking about learning and some of the processes. I know it won't be helpful to you as it has been helpful to me.
There are various definitions of learning, most of them are based on various schools of thought. But I will give a direct definition to help carry you along.
Learning is the process of acquiring new understanding, knowledge, behaviors, skills, values, attitudes, and preferences. The ability to learn is possessed by humans, non-human animals, and some machines; there is also evidence for some kind of learning in certain plants. Link
In my own view, I will say learning is the ability to grow.
When you learn,
you acquire knowledge,
this knowledge is meant to be applied,
Once applied you will see the result,
It eventually leads to growth.
A woman that is not willing to learn, will not grow and once growth is hindered, such person will be stagnant, held to a point till she is ready up grow.
The importance of learning cannot be overemphasized, it is very important.
I know there can be factors that do not encourage learning; some circumstances, environmental challenges. Some even look down on the person meant to teach them, reducing her worth. You would be better off having an open mind, especially when important things are in discourse.
I can say the most important learning tools are listening and taking notes, it will really help you grow.
Never stay at the spot where you are, always strive to grow everyday.
