Con el devenir de los años me he convertido en una mujer muy práctica y sencilla al vestir. Me gusta sentirme cómoda con la ropa que tengo y alguna que otra pieza adquirida recientemente para darle un aire renovador y moderno a mi closet y por supuesto a mi estilo.

Over the years I have become a very practical and simple woman. I like to feel comfortable with the clothes I have and the occasional recently acquired piece to give a fresh and modern look to my closet and of course to my style.

Usar jeans, pescadores que me queden bien que pueda combinar de varias maneras, con pullovers con o sin mangas, blusas, con colores neutros o estampados sencillos, hace lucir looks diferentes, adaptables a los cambios de estación.
Learning to mix and match different pieces to create versatile outfits, is my most successful proposal.
Wearing jeans, fishermen that fit me well and that I can combine in different ways, with pullovers with or without sleeves, blouses, with neutral colors or simple prints, makes me look different, adaptable to the changing seasons.
Para eventos se exige la mayor elegancia posible, vestidos largos con telas lisas y colores neutros, los que pueden ir acompañados con sandalias de tacón alto.
Me gustan los zapatos, así que también los compro durante las rebajas, cuando puedo conseguir buenas ofertas.
Los accesorios, solo los necesarios unos aretes, una cadenita, reloj o pulsera.
For events, the most elegance possible is required, long dresses with plain fabrics and neutral colors, which can be accompanied with high heel sandals.
I like shoes, so I also buy them during sales, when I can get good deals.
The accessories, only the necessary ones: earrings, a chain, watch or bracelet.
- Mindfulness: ¿Cómo consigues la paz interior a pesar de la vida ajetreada y las luchas diarias?
Para mi lo primero es tener mi tiempo a solas y hacer las paces con uno mismo; luego, aceptar los pensamientos y emociones negativas, saber gestionarlas.
El estar en equilibrio es un paso muy importante a la hora de buscar la paz interior.
For me the first thing is to have my time alone and make peace with oneself; then, to accept negative thoughts and emotions, to know how to manage them.
Being in balance is a very important step in the search for inner peace.
Ser agradecido con todo, por un nuevo amanecer, por ser por estar, por las oportunidades, por ser la persona que soy.
