Thanks to this unique community , which allows us through different topics to share, our attitude about the things of life.
So, bad mood is accompanied in different ways by different periods of our life.
It is a reflective emotion of personality in general.
We react differently, because the causes of this emotion are different in nature.
When we are children, we seek the protection of the mother when we experience this emotion.
Later in life we have to cope on our own, or seek support from a close person, such as a trusted friend.
For myself I can say that I have sought support and help in such moments of bad mood in my younger years.
As I have gotten older, I have changed my way of thinking and I don't share my bad mood.
I prefer to cope alone and not burden other people with negative emotions.
I find a way, such as listening to relaxing music that helps me, a walk in the park or a shopping trip that removes sad thoughts.
When I am in the company of other people and I am sad and anxious, I find a good reason to be alone.
It is the silence that calms me down and helps me to analyse and make a decision to come out of these unpleasant states. Gloom and sadness are negative reactions of a person in a given moment.
Feelings of self-preservation of the personality. How to register to these provocations we choose ourselves.
We choose a path to change this emotion and so we learn to make our own decisions.

Gracias a esta comunidad única , que nos permite a través de diferentes temas para compartir, nuestra actitud sobre las cosas de la vida.
Así, el mal humor se acompaña de diferentes maneras por diferentes períodos de nuestra vida.
Es una emoción que refleja la personalidad en general.
Reaccionamos de manera diferente, porque las causas de esta emoción son de naturaleza diferente.
Cuando somos niños, buscamos la protección de la madre cuando experimentamos esta emoción.
Más adelante en la vida tenemos que afrontarla por nuestra cuenta, o buscar el apoyo de una persona cercana, como un amigo de confianza.
En mi caso, puedo decir que he buscado apoyo y ayuda en esos momentos de mal humor en mis años de juventud.
A medida que he ido creciendo, he cambiado mi forma de pensar y no comparto mi mal humor.
Prefiero afrontarlo sola y no cargar a otras personas con emociones negativas.
Encuentro una manera, como escuchar música relajante que me ayude, un paseo por el parque o una salida de compras que me aleje de los pensamientos tristes.
Cuando estoy en compañía de otras personas y estoy triste y ansiosa, encuentro una buena razón para estar sola.
Es el silencio lo que me calma y me ayuda a analizar y tomar una decisión para salir de estos estados desagradables. La melancolía y la tristeza son reacciones negativas de una persona en un momento dado.
Son sentimientos de autoconservación de la personalidad. Cómo registrarse a estas provocaciones lo elegimos nosotros mismos.
Elegimos un camino para cambiar esta emoción y así aprendemos a tomar nuestras propias decisiones.
