I love that end you gave to your post, one is alone doesn't mean one is lonely. There's the "me time" some people enjoy and are being misunderstood for.

It's true that being alone doesn't necessarily mean being lonely. For me, "me time" is so important for self-discovery,isn't it? I know it's a shame that it often gets misunderstood.
When I'm alone, it's like getting to know a friend—the more time you spend, the better you understand them. And who better to understand than ourselves, right? 😊
