So true!

It's great that you're an early riser. It's better for the system. I have been working on waking up early and it's going okay for now. Since last week, and this morning I got up at 6:00 AM and got straight into things. If I feel that it's a strain on my body, after a month, then I will try to rest for another hour.

Thank you. Meanwhile, I’m trying to balance these things. Waking up early and getting into things have improved major parts of my life like my habits. Hehe. I’m more cheerful and optimistic too.
