I had the same surgery a few years ago, the cyst in one ovary had to be removed. I still have them, more of smaller ones, but that big one needed surgery.

Thanks @mipiano, after reading your comment and the others, I'm feeling better. Looks like they will stay with us, but some may remain small and some may grow into bigger ones. I need to take more after this surgery, and put health as the priority.

Thank you @mipiano My operation went okay but the surgical cut is still so hurt. For now, I'm just resting and waiting the feedback from doctor if it's melanoma. Hope it's not
