Here are a few tips/ways I gathered will be helpful if you are struggling with self love

Work on forgiving yourself. Don't punish yourself for past falling and regrets instead look at them from another angle and see them as lessons and another another chance offered to you to learn and grow. Don't devalue yourself.
Stop all forms of criticisms towards yourself. Criticism doesn't change anything it only breaks down the inner spirit. Accept yourself as you are.... because you are YOU and only you can give yourself all the love that you deserve.

Be kind to yourself,be patient with yourself and be gentle with yourself.
Stop terrorizing yourself with your thoughts .Be kind to your mind, don't put hatred into your thoughts.
And if you find yourself having negative thoughts, don't hate yourself for having them, just gently change your thoughts (you can find something to do or something to eat or even watch....and give yourself something nice to think about)Let go of everything that had happened in the past especially the bad ones. You deserve a fresh beginning.
We have all messed up an experienced bad things in life so don't allow the bad times snatch a beautiful future from you.
Put your bad past behind you and start to live a happy life while approaching a brighter and happier future.Be persistent as you work on accepting and loving yourself. A key part of loving one's self is UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE.
So work on loving who you are now and work on loving who you are yet to be. Accept who you are to the core and when you do that your changes in loving your self will be positive.Praise your self. Especially when your efforts in accepting who you are is showing. Tell your self how good you are doing with every little steps you taking.
Treat your self,go on solo dates to celebrate your self, buy yourself a gift,take pictures to mark your progress.
And let people start seeing the love that you are showing yourself.Practice receiving and accepting love from others.
Start accepting the fact that you are worthy of love.Treat people around you with kindness and respect.
treating other people with love and respect has it own way of helping with self love.
Bringing joy and happiness into other people's lives will increase your own happiness and self respect.
Also often when we treat other people well they start to treat us the same way too.Take care of yourself.
Physically take care of your body, take care of your skin, make sure your hair is neat and tidy, take your baths at the right time, brush your teeth, moisturize your skin, feed your self well, make use of supplements, do little exercises (stretch your body) and consume alot of water too

Mentally take care of your self by keeping your thoughts aligned.
Don't let negativity get hold on your thoughts, don't let negative words from people get into your head, focus on what you want to achieve (which is loving who you are!)

Spiritually Always put God in everything and every step you take.
Read your Bible/Quran. Ask God for the ability to be able to love your self the way you wish to.
Pray and always commit your self into God's hands.
I hope this few ways I could come up with are easy and helpful to whoever is struggling to love or accept them selves.
And I also hope the by the time you follow this path you will find it in your heart to love yourself unconditionally.
