This is a very common thing that when the children get inheritance from their parents while they are still alive, there is a probability that the children can put the parents in trouble. Some times the child may not have that intention, but can be forced by their partner and left with no choice. The best way is to have such a will where the child only gets after the death of both the parents. In that way even the parents old age is secured.
