Believe me, to stay in peace nowadays in Cuba is extremely difficult, because you have no guarantee of the basic necessities, food, medicine, doctors, transportation, etc.
In my case my husband and I live at home, we have the support of family remittances and we have worked all our lives and we created an old age fund that with all the monetary reforms is not enough for what we had planned, but it has allowed us to withstand all the inflation.
From there I tell you that it is very important to have a long view and be organized to be able to meet or at least get closer to the goals and objectives, that gives us some peace of mind and stability.
One of the things that have helped me the most to have peace is Acceptance and gratitude, I assure you that when we learn to accept the realities of life, the things that we cannot change no matter how much we want to, we are already taking a step towards inner peace. But if we can also be grateful for everything we have and can enjoy, we can appreciate the beauty of things and learn to value them.
Self-control is another very good tool, when I feel out of myself I try to breathe, count, think of something beautiful or simply contemplate nature, that allows me to reflect on how to achieve the most appropriate solution.
It is important to dedicate some time and try to do things that give us satisfaction, read, share with friends, go to the theater, etc.
In the midst of this chaos we live in, I have had to learn to distance myself from negative people, because they managed to make me very sad and no matter how hard you tried to support and help, they were always unsatisfied.
Here we say that if life gives us lemons we have to make lemonade, which is the same as adding sugar and therefore love.
And this applies to everything, including our closet, look girls with the budget you have you can achieve wonders, if we focus on what fits us well and how you can combine the pieces so that we serve both for casual outings as for other more labels.

Saludos a todas mis queridas ladies, hace un tiempo que no participo en nuestros encuentros de cada semana y es que he estado bastante complicada con cosas de trabajo, pero también con la situación energética del país que es bastante seria y entre miles de cosas la falta de fluido eléctrico también afecta las conexiones a internet.
Por eso con el permiso de ustedes voy a comenzar hablándoles del segundo tema, porque enlaza perfecto con lo que comencé diciendo.
Créanme que mantenerse en paz hoy en día en Cuba es sumamente difícil, porque no tienes garantías de las necesidades elementales, la alimentación, las medicinas, los médicos, el transporte etc.
En mi caso vivimos en casa mi esposo y yo, tenemos el apoyo de las remesas familiares además de que hemos trabajado toda la vida y creamos un fondo para la vejez que con todas las reformas monetarias no alcanza para lo que habíamos planificado, pero nos ha permitido soportar toda la inflación.
De ahí les digo que es muy importante tener vista larga y ser organizado para poder cumplir o al menos acercarte a las metas y objetivos, eso nos proporciona cierta tranquilidad y estabilidad.
Una de las cosas que más me han ayudado a tener paz es la Aceptación y el agradecimiento, les aseguro que cuando aprendemos a aceptar las realidades de la vida, las cosas que no podemos variar por mucho que se quiera, ya estamos dando un paso hacia la paz interior. Pero si además logramos agradecer por todo lo que tenemos y podemos disfrutar, pudiéramos apreciar la belleza de las cosas y aprender a valorarlas.
El autocontrol es otra muy buena herramienta, cuando me siento fuera de mí trato de respirar, contar, pensar en algo bonito o sencillamente contemplar la naturaleza, eso me permite reflexionar en como lograr la solución más adecuada.
Es importante dedicarnos un tiempo y tratar de hacer cosas que nos proporcionen satisfacción, leer, compartir con los amigos, ir al teatro etc.
En medio de este caos que vivimos, yo he tenido que aprender a distanciarme de personas negativas, porque lograban ponerme muy triste y por más que trataras de apoyar y ayudar siempre resultaban insatisfechas.
Por acá décimos que si la vida nos da limones hay que hacer limonada, lo que es igual a ponerle azúcar y por tanto amor.
Y esto se aplica a todo, entre ellos a nuestro ropero, miren chicas con el presupuesto que se tenga se puede lograr maravillas, si nos centramos en que nos queda bien y como puedes combinar las piezas de manera que nos sirvan tanto para salidas informales como para otras de más etiquetas.
Mi mamá fue modista y nos enseñó que los detalles y tonalidades hacen maravillas, así que si tienes un vestido 👗 sencillo y lo usas con una chaqueta o una 🧣 que combine con tus zapatos y bolso eres otra jjjj.También los accesorios hacen lo suyo.
Recientemente, mi hija mayor y su amiga se reían de que compraron una blusa preciosa a muy buen precio y otra amiga compro la misma blusa que tenía una etiqueta de marca por un precio tres veces más alto.
Pues bien el que tenga recursos, pues que lo disfrute y si estamos más ajustaditas a poner la cabeza a funcionar y emplear todo el ingenio para estar a la moda, lindas y sin sofocarnos.
