Seeing this week's contest topic brought about a summer reflection about my life, which spur up a smile on my face, and i realise that I'm much better today than where i was in time past and that brings happiness and accomplishments.
With the reflection I realized that life is a phase, that presents us with amazing packages, both pleasant and unpleasant experiences, and i realized that every challenge conquer brought the best out in me, bringing about growth, a new experience that helps to built a strong woman out in me. So I would say I'm much happier today than in the past, because I've become better.
Each passing day, acknowledging life's journey, progress and accomplishments gives me thousands of reasons to be happy, giving them the opportunity to celebrate increased self-awareness and emotional intelligence, getting to appreciate my physical, and mental well-being.
Because in many instances, when I'm faced with challenges that seem to overwhelm me, I still saw reasons to move forward, encourage myself, and become strong, with the assurance that it's part of my growing process.
And I'm glad that I endure and enjoy every single process that life presents to me, because it has brought about a better version of myself, bringing positivity, self-improvement, mindfulness, self-compassion, and self-care. As well as instilling a habit of gratitude, resilience, adaptability and forgiveness. This has really built me up, I'm proud of myself.
I strive daily to maintain this happiness by practicing self-care, prioritizing my well-being, nurturing positive relationships, cultivating a habit of appreciation and empathy, focusing on the present moment and letting go of worries, maintaining that growth mindset and embracing challenges as always done.
I'm happy and proud of myself for these achievements so far, and I don't allow anything to steal my joy, I always have in my subconsciousness that happiness is a journey and not a destination, so I embrace every opportunity and maximize it positively to my advantage.
