Bad moods and other "negative emotions" are all part of our human experiences. We come across these feelings as our primary responce to environmental factors and issues which we dont have control over.
But then we can control how do we respond to it and how well we managed our emotional state.
I'd say, it depends on various circumstances, 'cause as for me being an introvert I sometimes prefer to be alone for a couple of hours, to read books, motivate, do some writing or rather just play music to feel better.
I do love talking to people especially family and few close friends, but not when I'm under a bad weather;
I dont like sharing problems with anybody, nor dragging them to my negative feelings at the moment knowing they have their own battles
too.
So yah I've learned how to manage my own stress and able to cheer myself up, haha, kidding aside.
However it still feels great to have someone who could bring back the good vibes in you.
Bad moods to be exact are no fun at all; though we get them from time to time, lets not allow it to get in the way of our usual activities.
- RELAX, TAKE A DEEP BREATHE & CALM DOWN
- ITS OKAY TO FEEL UNEASY/IRRITATED BUT DONT STAY THERE FOR TOO
LONG - WRITE YOUR FEELINGS DOWN
- DO THE THINGS YOU LOVE DOING WHATE'ER IT MAY BE
- THINK POSITIVELY
- SORROUND YOURSELF WITH POSITIVE PEOPLE AS WELL
- LOVE & TAKE CARE YOURSELF
You must learn to snap yourself out of a bad mood!

Yep, I tend to prolong my dour mood too much since one of strategies, or more accurately obsession is to keep busy, but at the expense of other things that maintain me at an even keel. Eating right, adequate sleep, sufficient sleep and be around happy and encouraging people like LOH. 1 out of 4, not a good score.
