💜Hello Ladies of hive, a virtual hug to all of you
This is my entry to the Competition community de Ladies of Hive n.° 199
1️⃣ Based on your own job search and work experiences, which do you prefer, working from home as a freelancer or working away from home where you receive a steady monthly salary? Why?
The issue of employment is a responsibility that I have known since I was very young. Living in Venezuela I have been obliged to help my parents, it has not been easy, it is exhausting. For now I do not plan to get a stable job, my responsibility is just beginning to increase. Right now I am finishing my high school, my priority now is to get an economic source that I can do from home to help me pay for my dental studies. For a person who studies and works outside the home it is very difficult to maintain control, the effort is double, since he must distribute his time between his studies and work. For me it is easier to work from home as I have been doing so far, because I can choose my own schedule, help with the expenses. On the one hand, I do want a more stable income, but my parents don't want me to neglect my studies.
For now working from home is easier for me, I can organize my time better and sit at the computer until the time I want. I like working from home and now that so many digital tools are available, I can learn about marketing, graphic design, video editing and I know these skills would be an excellent opportunity to earn money and get freelance jobs. I have told my parents that I want to prepare myself with courses to continue working from home while I study, a proposal in which they agree. I am still a minor, to get a stable job I need a permit and luck. To hold an important position I still have a long way to go. For now, from time to time I check the marketplace for remote job offers to see if I get something interesting, but unfortunately some offers are fraud, but that does not discourage me. My friends have also been working from home for a year and they feel as comfortable as I do doing this kind of work. For young Venezuelan women, a freelance job is the best option right now when things are not going well in the country. Our main reason is that the salary in the country is not enough, the opportunities are few and there is a small list of jobs, which give you a good salary, but they always ask for years of experience. I know that there will come a time when I can choose a job outside the home, that experience is also important and I want to have it at the right time.

Thanks for giving your thoughts on this week's topics.
We all have different choices depending on our preferences and living situations. Though freelancing offers more time freedom, there isn't an assurance of a stable monthly income.
But you are still a student, that option is preferably good for you. Don't neglect your studies, though. Coz I can tell that you'll have a better future ahead of you once you finish your course.

This! But on the other hand, you're still young, so might as well just focus more on your study while doing part time jobs. You are still in high school, so good luck on your studies. For sure, as you walk forward, you'll gain more knowledge that you can also use in the future. Fighting!
I understand how tough things can be when employment opportunities are few, I wish you luck in finding a legit freelancing job to help sort out your bills and support your parents.
