Greetings, my ever-beautiful ladies of hive. I hope you all had a wonderful weekend
Well, mine was well spent.
As an introvert I've been confined to my room for so long, I can't recall attending a wedding recently.
But this weekend I creeped out from my cave to attend my sister's wedding, and I had a blast.
Been a part of this community, I've witnessed the joy that results from helping/supporting one another. And I am so grateful to be part of this family because I am learning SO MUCH.
So I went to support my friend who has now become a sister , my joy knew no bound.
How it began
She initially requested me to come over to her house to do her hair after noticing my (braids).
I chose to do a discount for her and handed her the standard entrance fee rather than adding any additional fees.
This is how we built trust and transitioned from being business partners to friends and ultimately sisters.
I was extremely happy beyond words when she invited me to her wedding; it was really nice of her, I must say.
Let me walk you through my favourite part of the wedding.The reception hall. shall we?!. Trust me it was worth my time
When I arrived at the venue, I was amazed. The decorations were excellent as well as breath-taking and I couldn't help but want to take pictures because they were so stunning. In all honesty, the crew exceeded our expectations, which was impressive.
The promenade, which was tastefully decorated with flowers of all colors and sizes, lights, etc., is one aspect of the decoration that has captured my heart.
I assure you that my camera didn't do it justice.
The couple's seat..And this area seemed like a small piece of paradise. It has flowers all around, and the flowers had tiny LED lights that flashed various colors. I ensured to take a picture when the LED LIGHT changes colours. On the floor, there is a carpet that says "LOVE." Beautiful, huh? Yeah!
It was really a beauty
to behold.
(I couldn't help but see the bride arriving and being overcomed with emotion)
And the cake was so beautiful and has to be the tastiest I've had in a while (I love cakes), and when I eat a properly made one, I can say:
My sister is very Beautiful please.
She appeared next in all her splendour; her wedding dress was stunning and perfectly complemented her. She was really happy because she has always wanted to wear a lovely white dress.
Then she showed up with her lovely ladies, who painted the structure in gorgeous colours with there outfits.
When it was time to feel comfortable and dance, she changed into yet another stunning outfit. Of course, she demonstrated her joy through her dancing.
I did nothing except dance along as I took in the stunning scenery.
The happiness was so great.
Then I made a lot of friends, and we had a great time eating, dancing, and taking pictures.
Congratulations to the newly wedded. The ceremony was a huge success.
Marriage indeed is a blessing from God.
