Today I am sharing my journey of winning my battle over PCOS
First I abbreviate the terms
PCOS- polycystic ovarian syndrome
PCOD- polycystic ovarian disease
I was suffering from the disease and I come to know about this at the age of 24.I got very upset with the symptoms and complications which I face due to this. Taken many types of treatment Ayurveda, Allopathy and Homeopathy also.Nothing works well. The thing that worked was Self-care, naturopathy , physical exercises along with Allopathy (recommended by doctor). All these take 6+ years of my life to overcome the worst situation.
In my next post , I will share my journey of overcoming PCOS in detail.

If you don't mind, I recommend to add a properly sourced out photo and work a little bit more to improve the quality of the post and the formatting too. I hope you don't take this the wrong way. I too post very short contents like this one when I was just starting in Hive, but I learned that we can actually do better. Doing this will attract others to read us and share their votes to our contents.
