[LOH-215] Plan and Priorities Next Year - To Heal a Trauma and To Bring Peace in My Head

This year is not the best year for me, but it is also not bad. I experienced a lot of bad things during the early months, but I survived, thanks heaven. It's definitely not a good experience, it's scary, nerve-wracking, and seriously traumatizing. But here I am still trying my best to live the best life. My plans and goals were put to a halt this year, so I couldn't achieve anything, but I achieved my goal here on Hive. So see, its still not bad, yeah? This year may not be my best, but I have a lot of things that I am grateful for. There's just a lot to be thankful for.

So this year, my priority of course is to get better. I may look okay on the outside, but try to have a peek at my head, and you'll see. But I have to remind you that it's too messy, you'll have a hard time getting inside. Lol. But seriously, I really need to get better now. I want to be the "me" who's not an overthinker, more brave, and who doesn't let any negativities affect her well-being. This is hard to fight nowadays. I was a very optimistic person before, but due to bad experiences this year, it really affects me hard. And I hate this version of myself now.

So next year, in 2025, I'll make sure to be a better "me." I will make sure that I won't be affected anymore by my overthinking, and lastly, I will make sure that I'll be more brave to face all my demons. This will be hard, so I really need to prioritize this. I'm seriously losing a lot of hair because of stress due to my overthinking habit. Sometimes, I had a hard time sleeping at night, and this svcks! I want to sleep, but then I'll start to think about bad things again, and I can't even notice that I'm already thinking about it. It just happens in a snap, like in a flick of fingers.

No matter how high and strong our defenses are, we can still get affected, especially if it is our mind that is targeted. I thought I could always avoid that kind of situation, but I couldn't. I'm weak, getting weaker as I get older, from mind and physically. But well, all I have to do now is get better and better. That's the plan, I got this!

Don't push yourself so hard because I know how trauma can consume our mental health. Just focus on your well-being and take small steps for yourself everyday... Huggss...

Thank you, I just feel like it'll eating me too much now that I want to hurry so that I can get better. Ourself is really our worst enemy no, no matter how strong you are, it is still hard especially the trauma still lingers. Thank you, yeah, a baby step for now. Untill all my worries melt away.

You can do it. Just focus on the positive side. But sometimes it really happens. I just hope you can overcome it.🫤

I learned a long time ago that our general health is never a quick fix, be patient and methodical yet don't give up on first options that are non-drug solutions like diet, food choices, activity, meditation, even turning off your phone at least an hour before bed time(this is what I have to do). ❤️

I know that now, as I experience it this year. Its hard, can really take time and just pushing yourself to do it is not that effective too. I don't take any drugs coz its still manageable. Just a baby step, i'll do it slowly ❤️

The good thing is that you are aware and willing to get better. Kaya yan sis, one step at a time :)
