Hello friends, I am Sajia Sultana Rijv. Welcome to my new post. Let me give you some idea about Bangladesh and its national flag 🇧🇩.

Bangladesh is an independent sovereign state in South Asia. The constitutional name of Bangladesh is People's Republic of Bangladesh. Geographically, Bangladesh is bordered by India's West Bengal to the west, West Bengal, Assam and Meghalaya to the north, Assam, Tripura and Mizoram to the east, China and Rakhine State of Myanmar to the south-east and the Bay of Bengal to the south. Geographically, the territory of Bangladesh is located across the largest part of the world's largest delta. Bangladesh is the eighth largest country in the world with a population of over 170 million. 57 international countries flow over the riverine territory of Bangladesh. Tertiary mountains of North East and South East of Bangladesh are mixed with clouds. Sundarbans, the world's largest mangrove forest and Cox's Bazar beach, the longest natural beach, are located in Bangladesh.

The flag 🇧🇩 was based on the flag used in the War of Independence in 1971, which had a red map in the middle, later the map was removed to simplify the flag. The national flag of Bangladesh has🇧🇩 many similarities with the national flag of Japan🇯🇵. But the difference is that the Japanese use white instead of the green of Bangladesh. The red circle is printed slightly on one side of the flag and can be seen in the middle of the flag when it is raised.

What does the word flag mean?

A flag is a piece of cloth that is used as an identity for a group, nation, country or organization or even for special events. Usually a four-cornered one-piece white barong in cloth is used as the flag. One end of the flag is blocked by a pole during use.

The national flag of Bangladesh is🇧🇩 a red circle within a rectangle on a green field. The green color symbolizes the green nature and youth of Bangladesh, the red color of the circle is the rising sun, and the blood of those who sacrificed themselves in the war of independence. This version of the national flag of Bangladesh was officially adopted on January 17, 1972.

As per the Flag Rules of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, 1972, the following are the specifications of the national flag size,
The national flag shall be gray and green in colour and shall have a dark red circle in the center of a green rectangle of 10:6 length and width.

The national flag of Bangladesh🇧🇩 is a symbol of our pride and glory. The people of this country have earned this red green card after sacrificing a lot of blood. The green verse and field of the national flag symbolizes the Bangladeshi green nature, and the red color of the scholarship symbolizes the blood of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the liberation war. The flag used during the Liberation War in 1971 had the map of Bangladesh in red and gold. But later the map was discarded to facilitate public drawing.

The national flag symbolizes the hopes and aspirations of a nation. Respect for the national flag is inextricably linked with respect for the state. Respecting the flag as a citizen of Bangladesh is a sacred duty for every one of our people.

In fact, if you want to talk about a country's history, the country's national flag and the country's national things, the country's political content, or the country's beauty, the country's famous places, the country's population, if you give various information, it will be seen that it will take two consecutive days, but it cannot be completed as a complete history of the country. Similarly, while describing Bangladesh, I gasped a lot. But I have given you very little idea about Bangladesh.
