We are all aware that studying for exams may be difficult, and while managing the pressures of reading and taking notes, we often neglect our own needs since we believe that the only things that count right now are our writing and passing the exam.
I actually went out on a date with myself because I needed some downtime after working all day reading and prepping, not even realizing when the day had passed and not even bothering to eat or drink any water.
Exams are important, and although I am not built for trying to read all day and get tired easily, I was initially able to do so without getting up to go outside. However, as time went on, I began to notice how this was affecting my mental wellbeing, and I slowly over time noticed that I had lost some weight rapidly and that my eating habits had completely changed in just two days.
So before returning to my studies, I made the decision to relax and take in the beautiful scenery.
