For me, it’s not that deep. I just eat when I need to, and that’s it. Honestly, my eating depends on how busy I am. When I have a packed day, I don’t overthink it. I’ll grab whatever works, eat it, and keep moving. On days when I’m not too busy, I might slow down and enjoy what I’m eating a little more or cook from home, serve the food in a cooler and take it to work

I’ll wake up, get my day going, and eat later in the afternoon. Then sometime in the evening, I’ll eat again. That’s my routine. I miss breakfast which is quite sad because breakfast is my favorite meal of the day
Simple. I don’t do all those planned out meals or strict eating schedules. I just go with how I feel.
Not like I’m not willing too but it doesn't just work for me. I basically eat what is available

One thing about me, though I hate being hungry. It’s the worst feeling. When I’m hungry, I can’t even focus. Everything just feels wrong. So the moment I feel that emptiness in my stomach, I’m looking for food. I don’t care what it is, snacks, anything. I just need to eat. I don’t understand how people go around starving themselves. Me? I’m eating. Hunger is not my friend.

So about cravings. I don’t fight them. If I’m craving something and I can afford it or find it, I’m eating it. Why stress? If I want rice, I’ll eat rice. If I feel like a plate of fruit or a snack, I’ll grab it. I believe in enjoying what you eat. Life’s already hard enough, so why should I suffer unnecessarily?

Speaking of fruits, I love them. My favorite fruits to eat are watermelon, banana, carrots, oranges and apples. They’re sweet, easy to eat, Plus, they’re healthy, so it’s like a win-win situation. Sometimes, I just grab a fruit and eat it instead of bothering with a full meal except that they are not as filling as a proper meal. Fruits are like my little go to food when I don’t want to think too much or when I'm just feeling peckish

Now, about cooking? Hmm. Let’s just say I keep it simple. If I’m in the mood to make something, I don’t go overboard. Maybe I’ll throw together a smoothie, just some bananas and milk, blend it up, and be done. Or I’ll roast some veggies with salt and pepper. Easy stuff like that. I’m not the type to be in the kitchen for hours trying to create a masterpiece. At all!!! I don't have the strength and patience for that.

Most days, though, I’m not even cooking. I just eat what’s available. If I can get my cravings sorted without doing too much work, that’s the way to go.

So yeah, my eating habits are chill. Twice a day, mostly. I eat to fix hunger and to enjoy myself. Hunger? I fix it fast. Cravings? I follow them. Fruits? Always a yes. That’s it. Food doesn’t have to be complicated. I just eat, stay full, and keep moving.
