She was so stressed out that she put a strain on her body, making it impossible for her to bear. Not to mention that the lack of calories makes it difficult for her to stay clear, and her emotions gradually turn negative. Always exhausted and enraged. Numerous occasions caused quarrels and quarrels with family and friends. She used to yell at us when we told her the most honest things about herself.
When we become overly obsessed with something, we lose sight of who we are. Like my friend, who is obsessed with her weight, her body measurements have become the controller, and her mind has become a puppet of them. They take control of and usurp our sanity; they influence our emotions and nerves. causing us to inadvertently harm ourselves. Most importantly, they deplete the host's health, leaving us exhausted.
Weight loss is always the most difficult issue for women. Everyone desires a slim, slender figure in order to wear body suits, but unfortunately, they torture themselves. Women are stunning in every way. You are you regardless of how you appear, whether fat, thin, or full. Instead of following the crowd and the gaze of others, learn to love yourself more. You will always be beautiful if you are yourself.

If it is a sensitive issue, looking in the mirror and not loving what you see, wanting to wear certain outfits and not being able to wear them, this can definitely lead to a desperate attitude to lose weight quickly.

Lớn lên thì mình nhận ra rằng mỗi người đều có body shape khác nhau. Có người ăn bao nhiêu cũng gầy, còn có người uống nước cũng mập (như mình 😃). Chỉ cần cơ thể khoẻ mạnh, tinh thần vui vẻ thì mũm mỉm một tí vẫn đẹp thui :)))
