Hello, maybe you have too many daily activities. Too many tasks and too much activity (something like you need hours to be able to accomplish everything). You are in a state of alertness. I told you that this happened to me when I was studying at the university. I only slept 4 hours. That ended up exhausting me a lot. At that time I had to use sleeping pills.

On the other hand, I have a friend who suffers from insomnia. She has trouble sleeping and has had to go to a therapist to help her with that situation.

I definitely have too many tasks. Running a restaurant is heavier than I thought. Especially since we are only two.

I have used pills atleast twice in this month. I don’t like the way it makes me feel when I wake but it did help me sleep.
