Sometimes we find ourselves feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and out of touch with our true self. So learning to listen more to our body and soul is essential for healthy physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. I'm glad to hear you're doing it, and you've enjoyed many things after the pandemic :) I remember after months of lockdown, the feeling of being out and about was one of immense excitement.

Yes, I am working on it. Step by step. Sometimes, I get lost, sometimes I find myself, but I try to take it easy. Taking a breather and not overtaxing myself so much.
