Hey Ladies of Hive, hope y'all having a great start of a new week ๐ธ
Another beautiful week with a fantastic topic for us to share ๐ & this is my entry:
When did you last challenge yourself, or who was the last person to challenge you and how did that work out?
Since I was a little, I have been taught that a woman should stay safe in a comfort zone, such as getting a stable job after graduation and then settling down my life with a little family. I'm certainly not taking the traditional approach like most of my friends have done. Enjoying life is not what other people want but what I want ๐
Iโve challenged myself many times to try new experiences, meet new people, live in different enviroments & try my hands in various kinds of work. I'm so glad I have done alot as "You can never see any improvement in your life if you just stick to your comfort zone".
Throw back few years ago, when I decided to quit my office job in Singapore to pursue my Working Holiday in New Zealand. It turned out amazing journey ever and definitely the best period in my life. This was the most challenge and amazing experience of mine so far.
A gap year in NZ, I had done so many things on my first time such as travel solo so far away to another country, learn how to drive around the whole country, try my hands in many kinds of work that I never did before, understand Kiwi's accent ๐ . I'm not sure I should call those "challenges"; however, I did enjoy & gained amazing benefit as well as improved myself better & more self-motivated ๐
I can't tell you enough how it has changed my life and brought so much unforgetable memorries that I will never forget. I'm sometimes struggling to know exactly what I truly want, so challenging myself gives me a better understanding of my capability & helps me achieve my goals & live healthier ๐ I have never thought that I will be the person I am right now. I am stronger, motivated and really looking forward to the things I can do more. Once we experience the hard challenge or tough peak in life, sometimes success or even fail, but they are the greatest lessons in this world that we can learn ๐

Thank you for seeing my post and looking forward to reading more stories here on the community. Love all โค๏ธ
Challenges, and our response to challenges are what make us. I'd say you are molding the clay of your life quite well.
Some people might call riding a motorcycle a challenge. Just sayin'
Thank you @bigtom13 for such kind words ๐คฉ. Oh yeah you mind me, I have just challenged myself recently by riding a motorcycle through the some provinces in the north of Viet Nam. It was really cool & I don't believe that I made it when I look back the roads ๐
Now there is a road I'd love to take a rip at. That is just gorgeous.
I'm sure you will love riding The Loops ๐คฃ
Didn't you see the opening sentence?!

Wow, what a way to learn of yourself.
Being put into faraway places to learn and adapt to the culture.
I guess that is the appeal to veteran travelers.
One day I will push that Comfort zone envelope and travel to taste that first hand.
First, I have boys to raise, and a mortgage to pay.
Thanks for Sharing @creacioneslelys โ๏ธ

"Since I was a little, I have been taught that a woman should stay safe in a comfort zone, such as getting a stable job after graduation and then settling down my life with a little family. "
I guess this is present in every society! After I finished college, everyone around me pressured me to get married. But I always sprayed them with my wrong answers! :D Of course things changed when I found the love of my life. :))
Btw nice writing.
