Ohhh, so the headaches are due to eye strain, how then does anti-blue light glasses help? I'm sorry, I'm just rather curious, lol. Yes indeed, this is an information I've had to share with my family because health is wealth. There are so many things one can do behind the screen like taking a stroll, a nap, cooking and so on.

Different headaches have different causes, sometimes being too long on my computer and phone causes discomfort at the back of my head, occipital region of my skull, similar to stress related headaches. Breaks would be ideal, but deadlines make me skip my breaks. I don't know if anti-blue glasses would help, but time away from the screens should be practiced to prevent that.
Oh, that makes a lot of sense. My headache is usually at the front of my head though. I never knew the position might matter too. Thank you for the enlightenment.
