Oh I understand all too well about feeling that your life is limited by your health. It's been very complicated for me for a couple of years now and that's why I'm a little bit quiet around here. I also have now very painful lower back pain but it seems it comes from another thing but I'm being checked. Overall my energy is very limited and I have to plan accordingly to my my day not knowing before if it's going to be a good one. I have started to dance with a silk fans which is very mild and gentle because I was feeling Rusty and movement and I know that stronger exercises are out of my league for now
