I’m trying to hold my self accountable to healthy eating!!! So ladies here’s my breakafast and smoothie snack!
Breakfast bowl:
2 Tablespoons Plain Full cream Yoghurt
Handful toasted Granola
Small sliced banana
Tablespoon raw honey
My smoothie included:
Half a pear
Half and avocado
Handful of spinach
Tablespoon of honey
A whole small pineapple
And almond milk!!!
Tablespoon of honey, that’s the best part
Oh yes it is!!! Raw honey is the best!
Can I have that tomorrow morning ?
I’ll bring it over quick! Let me just get a quick COVID test before the flight 😂
