Mindfulness: ¿Cómo lograr la paz interior a pesar de la vida ocupada y las luchas diarias?
A veces solo quiero ser un hada y vivir en un bosque. Pero, las hadas no existen, así que es una idea irreal... Aunque, no del todo.
En el día hay mucho que hacer. Trabajo desde casa, y aunque algunas personas creen que cuando trabajas desde casa todo es fácil, la verdad es que no lo es.
Hay que ser paciente, estratégica, y, sobre todo, muy organizada.
Esto es algo que me ha costado un poco, porque estoy empezando un negocio digital y a veces hay tanta información que me siento saturada.
Ante ello, hice dos cosas:
- Usar las redes con un fin.
- Crear un horario de trabajo.
Hago todo yo, realmente todo. Es lógico, apenas empiezo, no hay dinero para contratar personal porque gano poco. Así que toca usar todo mi potencial para ello.
Estas son mis luchas diarias, organizarme lo suficiente y poder vivir. Gracias a esas dos cosas realmente puedo hacerlo.
Así que te comparto mi horario:

Sometimes I just want to be a fairy and live in a forest. But fairies don't exist, so it's an unrealistic idea... Although, not entirely.
There is a lot to do during the day. I work from home, and although some people think that when you work from home everything is easy, the truth is that it is not.
You have to be patient, strategic, and, above all, very organized.
This is something that has cost me a bit, because I am starting a digital business and sometimes there is so much information that I feel overwhelmed.
Faced with this, I did two things:
- Use the networks with a purpose.
- Create a work schedule.
I do everything myself, really everything. It's logical, I'm just starting, there is no money to hire staff because I earn little. So I have to use all my potential for it.
These are my daily struggles, to organize myself enough and be able to live. Thanks to those two things I can actually do it.
So I'll share my schedule with you:

- Una actividad sencilla.
- Una actividad compleja que requiere mayor concentración.
Estudio en Duolingo durante la semana, lo que lo hace bastante sencillo y entretenido. Por ello la catalogo de esta forma en la 1era actividad.
Está hecho en Notion por mí. La idea es recordar todo lo que hay que hacer, así que cumplo una actividad por día. De esta manera puedo lograr el objetivo de la semana.
Estas actividades, si se realizan en un solo día, unido a todo lo que hay que hacer en el hogar, son muy pesadas. Y no lograría llevarlas a cabo todas un solo día. Por lo que las divido.
Con esto puedo tener tiempo para mí en el día, cocinar tranquilamente, dedicarme a mi jardín, salir a dar un paseo.
A su vez, impulso mi negocio por medio de redes, con la creación de contenido, creando una comunidad. De forma que es importante que me mantenga activa en redes sociales en formato de vídeo, que aprenda inglés (porque puedo tener más oportunidades gracias a ello), y dibujar porque esto me distrae.
Aunque hay algunas cosas que tengo que agregar. Pero, hasta ahora, está bastante bien para poder respirar.
Así que hoy te dejo la idea de crear un horario de actividades. Lo que es una idea maravillosa para todas las mujeres empoderadas de Hive, y que también quieren ser una hada del bosque, libre y feliz.
I divide the activities in this way:
A simple activity.
A complex activity that requires more concentration.
I study on Duolingo during the week, which makes it quite simple and entertaining. That's why I classify it this way in the 1st activity.
It's done in Notion by me. The idea is to remember everything that needs to be done, so I do one activity per day. This way I can achieve the goal for the week.
These activities, if done in one day, together with everything that needs to be done at home, are very heavy. And I wouldn't be able to do them all in one day. So I divide them up.
With this I can have time for myself during the day, cook quietly, dedicate myself to my garden, go out for a walk.
At the same time, I promote my business through networks, with the creation of content, creating a community. So it's important for me to stay active on social media in video format, learn English (because I can get more opportunities thanks to it), and draw because it distracts me.
Although there are some things I need to add. But, so far, it's pretty good for me to breathe.
So today I leave you with the idea of creating an activity schedule. Which is a wonderful idea for all the empowered women in Hive, and who also want to be a free and happy forest fairy.
