Yeah actually true 🤣 Really need to get out and doing some longer session before Vättern. Was thinking of biking to work as well because then you get exercise for "free" 😅

How many kilometers is that?
I just finished a ride to test my groin, but it held up pretty well.
So I'll be cycling to work next week again 💪

17-18 km one way. So tried last year and was kinda perfect. Took like 30 mins and if I feel like it I can expand it on my way home quite easy :)

That's quite fast! For me it's a 16,5 KM one way ride to the office. It takes me just over half an hour.

We will have to wait and see if I have the same speed now as then, was in way better cycling form then 😅

Futsal. And then not taking enough rest to recover. And a skiing trip made it even worse 😅
But I'm back on the bike 💪🏻

I was actually very lucky not to be in much pain during the skiing trip itself. It strangely got much worse the week after that (luckily).
